French Toast at Ivy Lodge

Breakfast this morning.....Apricot Glazed French Toast with warm Vermont maple syrup.
One key ingredient to this delicious dish is the bread. Ivy Lodge uses a great Portuguese style bread called Bolo. Hopefully, we will be able to track down this bread once we return home to Atlanta. If not, I may have to purchase a new suitcase to pack full of Bolo before we head back home.
